H-1B Cap Reached For FY 2010

Officials from the U.S Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) recently announced that it has met the H-1B visa cap for fiscal year (FY) 2010.

Visa capacity is set annually by Congress and is determined by data reflecting the current state of the economy.
